When will live plants ship?
We dispatch live plants Mondays and Tuesdays only, so they don't sit in transit over the weekend.
Is this hardy in UK winters?
RHS hardiness rating is on every product page. Most perennials we sell are H5–H7 (UK-hardy).
When should I plant this?
Spring and autumn are best for most perennials and shrubs. The product page suggests an ideal window.
Are your plants bee-friendly?
Most perennials we stock are listed RHS Plants for Pollinators. Look for the bee icon on the page.
Do you sell peat-free?
Yes — we grow all our stock in peat-free compost, and only stock peat-free composts in our retail range.
Can I cancel a live plant order?
Yes, up until 4pm the day before dispatch (we cut plants for shipping the day before).
How big will it get?
Final spread and height are on every product page. Most perennials reach full size in 2–3 seasons.
